To enjoy Alsace wines the glass temperature must be cool but not iced (8° to 10°) and they must be poured into fine long stem glasses. The Alsace wines must be drunk rather young : from 1 to 7 years.

It is located on the territory of Hunawihr, facing East/South-East, at an altitude of 210 to 300 meters close to the nose-famous Grand Cru Rosacker land. Very delicate and fruity with a most expressive. A powerful body, soft in the mouth, elegant and cool. It is wine for ageing. | ||

| It is harvested at mid-november on the Muehlforst and forst plots where Riesling grapevine is over 30 years of age. It offers a mineral nose added to overmaturation aromas. Complex in mouth and unctuous. It is a wine for long ageing. | ||
| The Riesling Cuvée Clément |
| It comes from a chalk-clayey soil, on the Ribeauville territory at an altitude of 250 m on a generously sunny gentle slope. Here the grapewine is over 30 years old making a high-quality product. With an expressive and flowery nose it offers a slightly peppery nuance. It enjoys a well mastered acidity and is dry to the palate. It is a wine for ageing. | ||
