The Alisier

Made of a wild fruit : the alise that grows on the Vosges mountain. The Alisier makes a fragrant brandy with a slight taste of almond.

The Coing

An autumn fruit with a nice yellow tint and covered with down. It is not very sweet but gives off a strong bouquet. If the brandy fragrance is discret its flavor is quite delicate.

The Raspberry
A much appreciated brandy because of its strong flavor.

The Old Kirsch
In Alsace, Kirsch is a cherry. The best is the black one very juicy it makes a much refined brandy.

The Marc of Gewurztraminer
Much popular in Alsace, the Marc of Gewurztraminer emits strong aromas, rich in spices. Not mentioning its therapeutic properties as the old people used to say.

The Pear William's
It is a brandy with strong bouquet quite close to the original fruit (pear). One of the most popular brandies in France.

The Mirabelle plum

The fruit is a small red speckled yellow cherry plum. Very sweet it makes a delicate brandy full of the fruit aroma.

The Quetsch of Alsace
A local plum so typical with its oblong shape and its dark violet colour. It make a delicate and tasty brandy.

The Morello cherry of Alsace

An acidulous taste wild cherry that makes a much refined brandy.
