Our guarantees
This shop is managed directly by the Domaine Francois Schwach & Fils.
All shipments are made directly from our cellars Hunawihr unmediated and all our bottles of 75 cl capacity unless otherwise specified.
We undertake not to disclose the information collected outside of our company. You have a right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you (art. 34 of the law "and Freedoms"). To do so, send your request to info@schwach.com.
Our customer service is available Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 12 pm and from 14h to 18h at 03 89 73 62 15.
Your safety
The security of online payments when you pay your order by credit card on the site is secured by using the SSL security protocol. This system ensures complete confidentiality of personal information submitted to the site.
Your bank details are also protected because they are never communicated but we are sent directly to our bank (Crédit Mutuel) on a non-encrypted mode operated by third parties.
Payment by check or wire transfer are of course possible.
Delivery
Once you place an order, it is immediately processed.
Shipments are delivered to our usual carriers we have chosen for their reliability and dependability. These take care of deliveries to the address indicated by you. The delivery time may vary depending on the distance, a few days to nearly a week.
Our shipments are packed in boxes of 6 or 12 bottles resistant special, but nevertheless it is advisable to take delivery of parcels subject to damage when unpacking.
In case of damaged or missing, please let us know within 48 hours after issuing the usual reservations with the carrier.
The wines remain our property until full payment of the invoice.
Terms of Sale
Deliveries of the offers presented on the site Domaine Francois Schwach & Fils is limited to metropolitan France. Feel free to contact us for international shipping.
Prices are in € uros including all taxes, including VAT in fact at the current rate of 19.6%. Shipping costs are calculated immediately when ordering, as well as any discounts.
An invoice will be attached to your shipment or by mail if the shipping address is different from the billing address.
French law prohibits the sale of wine to minors under the age of sixteen, therefore we ask our guests to be confirmed over the age of sixteen.
In case of dispute, only the court has jurisdiction Sélestat.
The withdrawal period
According to Article L.121-20: "The consumer has a period of seven days to exercise his right of withdrawal without any reasons or incurring penalties, except, if appropriate, cost of return.
When the seven-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday or holiday, it is extended until the next business day. "
